Of the many diseases that affect the Human Nervous System, one of the most agonizing is Tetanus. Tetanus is infection of the nervous system of the potentially damaging bacteria Clostridium tetani (C. tetani). The disease can affect a person by blocking signals transmitted through the spinal cord, resulting in stiff, painful muscular spasms. These spasms are highly reactive and can possibly result in paralysis.
